Class Bookings
All classes are sold as term-time blocks as detailed in each term's new email. We do not sell individual classes or run pay as you go.
Missed classes will not be carried over into the next term. We will endeavour to accommodate you in an alternative class to make up for the lost one, IF there is space available - although this is not guaranteed.
Your space in the class is reserved once payment for the block has been received.
Missing a block
If you are not available and cannot attend a specific block due to a holiday, for example, but you wish to return to the class, there are 2 options available to you:
Option 1
To reserve your space, a retainer fee of 50% of the block cost will be chargeable. We will then not offer you space out and it will be yours to return to. This option is only available for up to 2 consecutive blocks.
Option 2
To miss the block - we will advertise the space out and if it is filled you may have to wait until a space becomes available until you can rejoin
Available for part of a block
These are your options
Option 1
Pay for the block as normal and attend the classes you are here for and we will endeavour to make up the missed classes if possible and if there is availability in that term’s block. Therefore it would be helpful to us if you could let us know in advance any dates you know you cannot make - so that we can offer these to people who are missing other sessions.
Option 2
You miss the entire block - and we either offer out the space or you pay a 50% retainer (both detailed under the ‘Missing a Block’ section above)
If we cancel a class
In the rare event we have to cancel we will carry over a class to the next block. If you prefer a refund please contact the instructor of that class to arrange this individually.
Holiday Classes
These classes run slightly differently and need to be paid UP FRONT as spaces are limited. Please pay as soon as you have confirmed you want to attend a specific date so we can allocate you that space. Please read details on the specific email and pay the instructor of that class directly.
PT Bookings
Sessions are paid for in advance in blocks of 10. Please note that less than 24 hours notice of cancellation of a session will result in the loss of 1 session at full cost.
If you have a permanent slot booked, it is assumed that that session is going ahead UNLESS we have cancelled or you have informed us that you are away or unavailable. In the event of a no show, the 24 hour rule applies for any missed sessions without prior notice.
The session blocks are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Late arrival for PT sessions
Unless prearranged or you have messaged the instructor to let them know, your training space will remain available for 15 minutes. Arriving after this 15 minute time limit will result in loss of a session.
Course Bookings
Spaces are non refundable and non changeable from time of purchase.
In exceptional circumstances a refund or a future alternative course space may be offered, at my discretion.
What happens if a course or class block is cancelled
In the unlikely event a course or class block is cancelled then you will be contacted and will receive a full refund
Refund Policy
Once a PT session block, class block or course has been booked and paid for you have committed to taking that space or slot. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the instructor.
If the client fails to complete the course within the program time frame due to a lack of commitment, refunds will not be given. We promise to support you as best we can for the duration of the program and help you troubleshoot any issues you are experiencing
By signing up you are agreeing to committing to complete the program in the given time frame.
Securing your space on my 90 day Health Hero program will require a non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the payment will be required one week before the program start date.
Medical exercise readiness questionnaire
When attending a class or PT session for the first time you will be required to complete a pre exercise questionnaire. We will keep them on file in accordance with the latest data protection laws. If your medical circumstances change it is your responsibility to inform us and we cannot take responsibility for not making accommodations if we have not been told.
Sickness and the studio
It goes without saying that we would appreciate you not attending the studio if you feel unwell. If you or a household member has been physically sick we ask that you do not attend the studio until 48 hours since the last bout of sickness, this is to prevent the possible spread of any sickness bug to us and all our studio users.
