Meet the team

Mandy 

I am a qualified nutritional therapist with 25 years experience in the health industry. I am a qualified personal trainer, class instructor and sports massage therapist with a degree in sports science and a background in corrective exercise and sports psychology (that's the boring bit out of the way!). I am also the CEO of BONHEALTH.

I'm known for my no bullshit approach to nutrition and health. I’m a stickler for helping you get the results you want and will go that extra mile. 

I am beyond passionate about GUT HEALTH - it's my thing 💩🐛🧠

My ultimate drive is for you to feel vibrant and amazing and to have the energy to live your best life and I'm committed to doing what it takes to help you achieve that.

When I'm not inspiring clients you'll find me hanging out on St Ouen's beach or at home in my happy place - my kitchen - rustling up food that makes me smile.

Laura

I am a qualified personal trainer, class instructor and sports massage therapist with 13 years experience. I am part of the teaching team for The Fitness Professional Academy where I share my skills and experience with newbie PTs.

I have a very individualised approach to training my clients. I would never push a square peg into a round hole and I use a massive range of different styles and techniques to correct imbalances and to morph my clients into stronger,  healthier humans 💪🤸‍♂️

At Bonhealth we love the saying, "strong is the new skinny" particularly in relation to the female physique and I’m not afraid to push the body to new strength heights.   I believe that being healthy, fit and feeling amazing are so much more important than any number on the scales.

My favourite motto is  "Have courage and be kind" (thanks Disney) and so I aim to teach clients to be kind to themselves and to see exercise as a gift for their body, not a punishment 💚

Martin 

I have been working in fitness longer than I’d like to admit! I am qualified as a PT and sports masseuse and I helped setup and run the Fort Regent gym for 16 years.  My fitness background is high level football which I played in the UK as a junior and so although I FULLY understand the concept of intensity - I am long over getting clients to crawl out my sessions. 

I believe in putting the FUN back into fitness and the PERSONAL back into personal training. You will work hard with me but you will always leave with a smile on your face 🤪

I like to be creative in my sessions to get the body stronger and fitter and to keep my clients on their toes! 

Having a nutritional therapist as your wife, means I have tried most things on the food front and have often been used as an experiment base for her new ventures and, although she has affected my taste buds, you still can’t beat a scotch egg or mini sausage roll!  My other passion is music. So if you have an affinity to Paul Weller, David Bowie and / or Manchester United then I will create space for you ⚽ 🎶
