Walnut Butter Overnight Oats

 

FOR THE OVERNIGHT OATS

  • 1 cup organic whole oats

  • 1.5 cups (375ml) almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons of walnut or almond butter 

  • 2 tsps of maple syrup (optional) 

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • Handful of raisins

  • Pinch of salt

TO SERVE

  • Handful of chopped nuts - I used hazelnuts and flaked almonds

  • Another drizzle of nut butter

Directions

  1. Place the almond milk, nut butter, oats, chia seeds, raisins, maple syrup and salt in a big bowl and give it all a good stir together. Place the bowl in the fridge and allow it to thicken overnight to enjoy in the morning! Add the nuts before serving
