Walnut Butter Overnight Oats
FOR THE OVERNIGHT OATS
1 cup organic whole oats
1.5 cups (375ml) almond milk
2 tablespoons of walnut or almond butter
2 tsps of maple syrup (optional)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Handful of raisins
Pinch of salt
TO SERVE
Handful of chopped nuts - I used hazelnuts and flaked almonds
Another drizzle of nut butter
Directions
Place the almond milk, nut butter, oats, chia seeds, raisins, maple syrup and salt in a big bowl and give it all a good stir together. Place the bowl in the fridge and allow it to thicken overnight to enjoy in the morning! Add the nuts before serving
