Feeling rushed, overwhelmed and stressed seem to have reached epidemic levels in our culture - especially now that we are 'plugged in' for most of the day 🀳

But WE FORGET. 

WE set up our lives. WE are the drivers and although many of our 'commitments' require attention and are important - we DO have the ability to make things easier for ourselves πŸ’ͺ

We just need to take our head out of the sand and have a closer look at our schedule πŸ‘€

AND 

stop wearing BUSY like a status symbolπŸ…

We also need to give ourselves permission to relax, to play and to have more fun with our lives 🀣 (and I'm not just talking about getting hammered on a Friday night!)
